PERSONNEL DEPT.

Bucks: G Charlie Bell (MCL tear in right knee) is out. Bell averaged 7.6 points and 3.1 assists while shooting 38.1 percent in 68 games. Entering Monday's games, the starting back court of Mo Williams and Michael Redd ranked second among all NBA tandems in scoring (40.9 points per game.)
