Industry Moves: IDG-Bob Carrigan; Atari CEO; Bravo Promotes; Univision Online & DivX Exits

-- IDG: IDG has promoted U.S. CEO Bob Carrigan to CEO of IDG Communications Worldwide, a newly-created position...he will now oversee IDG's media operations in the U.S. and 84 additional countries worldwide. Carrigan had served as its U.S. CEO since 2005.

-- Bravo Media: Lisa Hsia has been promoted to the new position of SVP-new media and digital strategy, where she will determine overall digital strategy in addition to continued oversight of programming in new media. Prior to Bravo, Hsia was a news executive at NBC News, supervising theTodayshow,DatelineandNBC Newsproductions. Reporting to Hsia are newly promoted Gayle Maltz Meyer, VP-new media, and Mari Katsunuma, VP-digital strategy. Release.

-- Univision Online: Univision Online president Javier Saralegui has exited the company...he was leaving "to pursue other opportunities," reports Billboard. Saralegui has been with Univision for 18 years...the company is looking for a replacement.

-- DivX: DivX's (NSDQ: DIVX) SVP of Sales and Marketing, Pamela Johnston, is leaving the firm. Kevin Hell, the firm's CEO, will take over the firm's global sales and marketing activities while the company looks for a replacement for Johnston.

-- Atari: The videogame publisher has tapped Jim Wilson as its CEO. He will work closely with Atari's parent company Infogrames' recently appointed CEO David Gardner and president Phil Harrison Wilson. Wilson most recently headed *Sony* BMG's home entertainment. Release.
