PERSONNEL DEPT.

Wizards: The return of G Gilbert Arenas will have a trickledown effect on Coach Eddie Jordan's rotation. Arenas was the first guard off the bench last night and will likely continue to fill that role. Until last night, either Roger Mason Jr. or Nick Young had been the first guard off the bench.
