1B Dmitri Young (lower back sprain) received an epidural injection in the lumbar spine area yesterday. The Nationals are not projecting a return date. . . . LF Wily Mo Peña went 1 for 4 in his final rehabilitation game and is expected to play several rehab games for Class AAA Columbus, beginning today. . . . Columbus RF Kory Casto will have surgery to remove the hamate bone in his right wrist, which he fractured Thursday. He is expected to be sidelined six weeks.
