There's a new entry in the expanding library of books for young children designed to explain life's difficult topics: divorce, adoption, hospitalization, cancer, death. The latest, being published this week by a Miami physician, is a 24-page volume titled "My Beautiful Mommy," and it answers this vexing question: Why does Mommy's nose look different? F5
