1. Captain, hired 1979. Overtime, $141,478; 1,858 overtime hours.

2. Captain, hired 1982. Overtime, $101,787; 1,567 overtime hours.

3. Captain, hired 1984. Overtime, $101,265; 2,099 overtime hours.

4. Captain, hired 1987. Overtime, $93,642; 1,478 overtime hours.

5. Captain, hired 1989. Overtime, $88,904; 1,446 overtime hours.

6. Captain, hired 1982. Overtime, $87,023; 1,330 overtime hours.

7. Captain, hired 1988. Overtime, $83,911; 1,622 overtime hours.

8. Captain, hired 1990. Overtime, $81,748; 1,241 overtime hours.

9. Captain, hired 1985. Overtime, $79,229; 1,365 overtime hours.

10. Captain, hired 1988. Overtime, $78,331; 1,375 overtime hours.
