Yudelka S. Escolbores, 25, was charged with prostitution. She is being held without bond and will be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement after her criminal case is processed, police said. She also is due in court June 6.
A 17-year-old male was arrested for allegedly collecting money at the establishment, in the 7600 block of Chestnut Street, and was charged with pandering.

LOUDOUN COUNTY
Damage in Countryside Fire About $50,000
A fire last Friday in a three-story townhouse in eastern Loudoun County caused about $50,000 in damage but resulted in no injuries, authorities said.
Fire and rescue units from Cascades, Sterling, Ashburn and Fairfax County were sent to the fire on Conoy Court in Countryside, the Loudoun fire marshal's office said. The fire was reported about 1:45 p.m.
Twelve residents, ranging in age from 5 to 45, were temporarily displaced.
A nearby residence sustained minor damage, officials said.
