Selected: No. 8 overall.

The skinny: Harvey had some memorable performances in college, including helping the Gators beat Ohio State in the 2007 BCS title game, 41-14. Harvey was named defensive player of the game, but the perception that he does not play at that elite level every game caused his draft stock to slip.
