MONTPELIER FESTIVAL OF HERBS, TEA AND THE ARTS --10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. Sponsored by the Montpelier Arts Center and the Montpelier Mansion (9401 Montpelier Dr. Laurel. 301-953-1376).
