The Nationals switched Matt Chico and John Lannan in their pitching rotation. Chico, who is 0-5 and has allowed 16 earned runs in his last three starts (just 13 innings), will pitch tomorrow. Lannan, who owns a 19-inning scoreless inning streak, will pitch on regular rest today. . . . Elijah Dukes, rehabbing a strained right hamstring, will be assigned to Class AAA Columbus today, but GMJ im Bowden did not offer a timetable for his return.
