Two previously announced performances of Theater J's "David in Shadow and Light," a pay-what-you-can preview scheduled for tomorrow and a $25-a-ticket preview Thursday, have been canceled.

The show, a contemporary musical retelling of the biblical story of King David, will open Saturday with a $25 preview, followed by a $25 preview Sunday at 3. Sunday's 8 p.m. performance will be pay-what-you-can; tickets will be available at the box office starting at 6:30.

The May 14-15 previews will also be $25; tickets for remaining performances, May 17 through June 22, are $25 to $55 ($20 for students).
