CLOSING: "Frogs! A Chorus of Colors" Expect to encounter crowds if you go -- and you should -- this weekend to catch the last days of this National Geographic Museum exhibition, special for the fact that it's one of the very rare shows that bring in live animals. The traveling exhibit features 15 varieties of live amphibians (there are 150 in all). The tricky fellas don't move much -- on our visit we heard a visitor insist that some were fake -- but rest assured, give them time and they will give you a sign that they are alive. The show closes Sunday, but don't wait till the last day. Free. Today-Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Sunday 10-5. 1145 17th St. NW. 202-857-7588.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS: The Bethesda Outdoor Concert How you know it's finally, really spring in Bethesda: The Bethesda Urban Partnership brings back its regular weekday outdoor concerts, one each week on Wednesdays at the lunch hour, and another each Thursday in the evening. Tonight, you can catch local act Terry Terrific and the Tornadoes, who perform all kinds of pop dance music. Free. 6-8 p.m. Veterans Park, Woodmont and Norfolk avenues. 301-215-6660.
Saturday
CONCERT: Erykah Badu With a new record, "New AmErykah, Pt. One: 4th World War," finally out (and garnering good reviews), Badu stops in Baltimore on Saturday with a slew of new tunes, a new outlook on life -- and her musical soul mates the Roots on the road with her. $27-$62. 7 p.m. Pier Six Concert Pavilion, 731 Eastern Ave., Baltimore. Get tickets at http:/
Sunday
FILM: "Lynch" Just as the AFI Silver screens a short run of "Eraserhead," the surreal first film of David Lynch, it offers one chance to see this 2007 documentary about the director. But it's not just about the director. The film, shot while Lynch was working on "Inland Empire," aims to get into his mind (and surely it must, since it's distributed by Lynch's distribution company, Absurda). It switches from color to black-and-white and features unconventional editing. It is screened just once, on Sunday, $6.75-$9.75. 5:30 p.m. AFI Silver Theatre, 8633 Colesville Rd., Silver Spring. 301-495-6700.

CONCERT: Wanda Jackson This big-haired beauty, once a lady friend to none other than Elvis Presley, is considered a queen of the rockabilly scene (it was Elvis, it seems, who encouraged her to leave honky-tonk behind and try rock-and-roll). A legend in her own right, she plays at Jammin' Java tonight with Brooks Williams. $18. 7:30 p.m. 232 E. Maple Ave., Vienna. 703-255-1566.

FOR FAMILIES: Neighborhood Day in Clarendon This annual event features a parade on Wilson Boulevard, performances and community service projects throughout the Clarendon section of Arlington. The parade is set for 1 p.m. on Wilson Boulevard near the Courthouse Metro Station (it features floats, Bolivian music and the entries from a car club). Dog lovers: At 8:30 a.m. is the Walk for the Animals, which you can participate in with your pooch (though the event raises money for a variety of animals); for details, visit http:/
CONCERT: Kanye West, Rihanna, N.E.R.D. and Lupe Fiasco With a bill this fantastic, it's a wonder the Nissan Pavilion stop on West's "Glow in the Dark" tour isn't sold out (like, say, Radiohead's show the next night). West hasn't been here since 2006, when he played the last HFStival; Rihanna has never played here. We have high hopes for this concert, which feels like the kickoff to the summer concert season. $43.75-$100.75; lawn, $36. 6:30 p.m. Nissan Pavilion, 7800 Cellar Door Dr., Bristow. 202-397-7328.
