REMEMBERED

A pregame moment of silence was held in honor of Gordon Bradley -- the former Cosmos, Diplomats and George Mason coach -- and longtime U.S. Soccer Federation administrator Bill Goaziou. Both died last week. Bradley's memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today at George Mason Stadium.

HONORS AND ACCOLADES

At halftime, United President Kevin Payne, former United star Marco Etcheverry, former Virginia star Cindi Harkes, youth coach Gary Allen and coach-administrator Ferdinand Paciolla were honored for being inducted into the Virginia-D.C. Soccer Hall of Fame. . . . United's reserves will play Chicago at 10 a.m. today at the RFK training grounds.
