West Virginia becomes the 46th state to hold a Democratic contest. Hillary Clinton is expected to win and has planned a victory rally in Charleston, while Barack Obama will not be in the state.

TOMORROW

Obama visits Michigan for the first time during the primaries. He and Clinton agreed not to campaign there after the state's primary was disqualified for being too early.
