Austrian Firm to Purchase Iomai
Intercell, an Austrian vaccine maker that works with Novartis and Merck, agreed to buy Iomai of Gaithersburg for $189 million. The Viennese firm will pay $6.60 for each Iomai share to expand its late-stage production pipeline, Intercell said.
Trace Systems Buys Technology Contractor
Trace Systems, a systems integrator and technical services firm in McLean, said it bought TCP Network Solutions of Eatontown, N.J. TCP provides services to the Army and others.
CONTRACTING
CACI Unit Wins Defense Deal
Wexford Group International, a subsidiary of CACI International of Arlington, said it has been awarded a five-year contract by the Defense Department's Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization. Wexford is one of four companies in the deal.
