Uruguayan winemakers you'll want to keep an eye out for include: Bouza, Carlos Pizzorno, Carrau, Casa Filgueira, Castillo Viejo, Dante Irurtia, De Lucca, Juanico, Pisano, Stagnari and Viñedo de los Vientos.
