By the Numbers

76% of adults say they are trying to eat more healthfully in restaurants.

68% of adults 18-24 say they are willing to pay more for food that was grown or raised in an organic or environmentally friendly way, compared with 48% of adults 65 and older.

$156.8 billion in sales are projected at quick-service restaurants in 2008.
