DETAILS: About 11,000 Adventure play sets and Create-N-Adventure wooden play sets sold at Wal-Mart and Toys R Us stores throughout the country between January and May are being recalled.
DEFECT: The hangers attaching the glider's chains to the frame can break.

Children's Pajamas
DETAILS: The Children's Place is recalling about 28,000 camouflage pajama sets sold at its stores nationwide from December 2006 through January. The recalled pajamas have camouflage pants and a blue shirt with a screen print that reads "Athletics 90."
DEFECT: The screen print on the shirt has high levels of lead.
