· Castaways Repertory Theatre, "The Open Meeting." Previously published drama. Mature theme.

Beginning at 7:30 p.m. June 21:

· Dominion Stage, "Believing Ruth." Original, by Roberts; book and lyrics, Zimmerman. Family musical.

· Zoon Vader Productions, "The Art of Self-Defense." Previously published comedy. Mature theme.

· Silver Spring Stage, "Lizard Brains." Original, by Mark Scharf. Drama, family show.

Performances will be at James Lee Community Center Theatre, 2855 Annandale Rd., Falls Church. Ticket per session (two or three shows) are $10. Festival pass (all shows and the reception/awards ceremony), $30. For information and reservations, call 703-866-6238.
