Wily Mo Pena, reinserted yesterday into Washington's lineup, received plenty of early-game opportunities to make plays in left field. Instead, he was exposed, taking poor paths to several balls and making one error in the third when he tried to barehand a Michael Cuddyer double off the wall and bobbled it. On that play, Joe Mauer scored from first -- an unearned run -- and the Twins took a 3-2 lead. "I'm not going to blame Wily Mo on any of those balls, other than the ball he bobbled over there," Manager Manny Acta later said.
