In-Fusio, the France-based mobile gaming firm, has received a new round of late stage funding from French IT Expansion Capital Fund, Occam Capital. The amount was not disclose. The funding will allow In-Fusio to expand its European, North American, and Asia-based offices and increase its worldwide development capabilities, the company said. In-Fusio recently launched its "Get Smart" mobile game based on the summer movie,Get Smart.

This new funding is a bit confusing: in 2006 In-Fusio was split into two companies: one was going to develop and publish games under the In-Fusio name, while the games channel management services was re-branded as a separate division, Mobile Scope. Then in 2007, the In-Fusio part was bought by French company Zenops. So not sure if this new funding is for Zenops...more when we have more.
