Surgery has not been scheduled for RHP Chad Cordero (torn labrum), who will meet in Los Angeles tomorrow with orthopedic surgeon Lewis Yocum. . . . The Nats plan to recall RF Austin Kearns (elbow surgery) tomorrow from a rehab assignment at Class AAA Columbus. Kearns is 6 for 13 with one homer and seven RBI for Columbus and Class A Hagerstown.
