A handful of contracts for land deals in recent years required developers to donate to charities. Officials at the charities say they were unaware of the requirements, and the county has not been enforcing them. The charities, as they were named by the county:

· Family Crisis Center of Prince George's County
· Justice and Mercy Empowerment Center
· Laurel Boys and Girls Club
· Reid Community Development Corp.
· Sowing Empowerment and Economic Development
· Tabernacle Church
· The Training Source
· United Support Foundation
