Utility IF Pete Orr has decided not to represent Canada's national baseball team at the Olympics next month. Big leaguers are ineligible from participation, but if Orr were demoted before August, he still wouldbe eligible to attempt an appeal -- even though the deadline to finalize the Canadian team roster has passed. But Orr said even if he loses his roster spot with the Nationals before August, he won't go through such a process. "It would cost another guy his spot," Orr said, "and I don't know if I could do that to somebody."
