Some condiment-friendly wine pairings:

Ketchup: sweeter and/or fruitier red wines (such as Chianti)

Mustard: unoaked chardonnay, Riesling, sauvignon blanc

Pickle relish: demi-sec Vouvray, zinfandel

Sauerkraut: Gewuerztraminer, dry Riesling

(Bonus tip: Dijon is the most wine-friendly mustard.)
