Highlights

VH1 Classic pays tribute to legendary musician Isaac Hayes, who died Saturday, by airing "Wattstax" (at 8), a documentary on the 1972 music festival at which he performed.

Olympic Games (Channel 4 at 8) tonight feature men's gymnastics, diving and swimming, and women's swimming, beach volleyball and cycling.

Given the state of everyone at a wild St. Patrick's Day party, it's funny that an actual blackout takes place on "Making News: Savannah Style" (TV Guide at 8).

"Greatest American Dog" (Channel 9 at 8) tries to uncover hidden genius during a competition in which the pets paint pictures.

Beth learns it's easy to be judgmental of a casino until you try a game and get addicted, on "Click & Clack's As the World Turns" (Channel 22 at 8).

Actress Brooke Shields serves as inspiration for the contestants on "Project Runway" (Bravo at 9) who must create a design for a fabulously stylish working woman.

If you get nervous in the kiddie pool, be wary of "Extreme Waterparks" (Travel Channel at 9), which showcases some pretty intense rides.

Johnny Cash is profiled in a 1969 documentary on "P.O.V." (Channel 26 at 10), chronicling the Man in Black's journey to country music superstar. Footage of a Cash-Bob Dylan duet is included.

"Late Show With David Letterman" (Channel 9, 11:35) features actors Charlize Theron and Richard Belzer and a performance by Mötley Crüe.

Actress Gillian Anderson, TV host Alex Cambert and musical guest Bryan Adams stop by "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" (Channel 7, 12:05).

"The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson" (Channel 9, 12:35) talks with "Big Brother" host Julie Chen and comedian-actor Craig Robinson. Ron Irizarry performs.
