Highlights

Tonight, athletes compete in track and field gold medal finals, gymnastics and men's diving and cycling during the Olympic Games (Channel 4 at 8).

Grandma comes to Amy's rescue on "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" (ABC Family at 8), and slightly evil Adrian has ulterior motives for her sudden friendship with happy-go-lucky Grace.

"Big Brother 10" (Channel 9 at 9) houseguests April and Jerry may have nothing in common, but they are surprisingly similar when it comes to botched game strategies -- probably why they're both on the block tonight.

Anyone who ever swallowed gum can find out what happened to it on "Food Detectives" (Food Network at 9), which investigates its staying power in the human body.

Carter has a bad day, and thanks to mysterious forces, the terrible events keep repeating themselves on "Eureka" (Sci Fi at 9).

Emotions run high on the season finale of "Baldwin Hills" (BET at 10), with everything from graduation to family reunions.
