Projects Proposed

1. Shopping center. FCD Development, Bethesda. A site plan for a 311,289-square-foot center on 31.4 acres in the northeast quadrant of Route 301 and Matapeake Business Drive, Brandywine.

2. School addition. Beltsville Adventist School, Beltsville. A detailed site plan for a 3,950-square-foot classroom addition on 6.24 acres on Ammendale Road, just east of Old Gunpowder Road, Beltsville.

3. Single-family homes. Oliveira Homes, Waldorf. A sketch plan for 40 single-family lots on 36.9 acres north of Surratts and Dangerfield roads, Clinton.

4. Townhouses. Canhall LLC, Lanham. A specific design plan for 110 townhouse units on the north side of Central Avenue, in the southwest quadrant of its intersection with Hall Road, Bowie.

5. Multi-family units. Owner Entity Fund II LLC, Burtonsville. A detailed site plan for 300 units on 9.5 acres south of Campus Drive and 300 feet west of Mowatt Lane, College Park.

6. Bank. FCD Development, Bethesda. A detailed site plan for a 4,024-square-foot Wachovia bank branch in a retail center in the southeast quadrant of Route 301 and Matapeake Business Drive, Brandywine.

7. Shopping center. Bellehaven LLC, Bethesda. A specific design plan for a 39,964-square-foot center in the southeast quadrant of St. Joseph's Drive and Ardwick Ardmore Road, Mitchellville.

8. Residential building. University View Partners, Baltimore. A building permit application for a $40 million structure at 8300 Baltimore Ave. in the second phase of the University View development, College Park.

9. Office building. ZH Investments, Beltsville. A building permit application for a structure at 9909 Baltimore Ave., College Park.

10. Restaurant. Lanham LLLP, Lanham. A building permit application for a $1 million structure for Buffalo Wild Wings, 10201 Martin Luther King Jr. Hwy., Lanham.

Projects Approved

11. Multi-family units and commercial space. Star Hotels, Columbia. A detailed site plan for 147 units and 9,580 square feet of commercial space on 2.36 acres on the west side of Route 1, opposite Tecumseh Street, College Park.

12. Gymnasium and classrooms. Holy Trinity Episcopal Day School, Glenn Dale. A detailed site plan for improvements to the school in the northeast quadrant of Route 193 and Daisy Lane, Glenn Dale.

13. Subdivision. Land & Commercial Inc., Upper Marlboro. A preliminary plan of subdivision for 21 single-family lots on the north side of Turning Wood Court, 700 feet north of Mangrove Drive, Brandywine.

14. Subdivision. The Michael Co., Lanham. Final plats of subdivision for 25 lots on 11.7 acres north of Wells Parkway and east of Adelphi Road, College Park.

15. Subdivision. EYA Inc., Bethesda. Final plats of subdivision for 80 townhouse lots on the east side of Baltimore Avenue, south of Madison Street, Hyattsville.

16. Gas station. Wawa Inc., Wawa, Pa. A special exception for a station on 2.7 acres in the southwest quadrant of Baltimore and Rhode Island avenues, Beltsville.

17. Subdivision.1325 G Street Associates, Laurel. A preliminary subdivision plan for the Konterra Town Center with more than 4,000 residential units and office, retail and hotel space on the east side of Interstate 95, south of Van Dusen Road, Laurel.

18. Single-family lots. VOB LP, Vienna. A specific design plan for five single-family lots in the Beech Tree community on the west side of Route 301, south of Leeland Road, Upper Marlboro.
