Another strong senior class, including Charlotte Davis, Ashley Hunter, Emily Conner and Kelly Austin, keeps St. Stephen's/St. Agnes at the top. Severna Park is the only returning state champion (Maryland 4A) in the area. Good Counsel has won four of the past five WCAC titles.
