Bob Marley Stands for Peace

Like Rocky Balboa and Bruce Lee before him, reggae star Bob Marley will be memorialized with a statue in the Balkans.

Banatski Sokolac, a village in northern Serbia, has unveiled a monument to Marley as a good luck charm against war, Bloomberg reports. Over the weekend, hundreds of musicians and fans from Serbia gathered for a rock concert near the statue. The monument depicts Marley, who died of cancer in 1981 at the age of 36, holding a guitar while raising a clenched fist.

In 2007, people in Zitiste, Serbia -- believing they were cursed after a series of floods and landslides -- erected a statue of Rocky, Sylvester Stallone 's iconic movie character, to shake off bad luck. And three years ago, people in the city of Mostar in neighboring Bosnia, which was ravaged during the 1992-95 war, erected a bronze statue of the late kung fu movie star Lee as a symbol against ethnic violence.

Charlie Sheen's Family Tree Grows

Another baby's on the way for Charlie Sheen .

The actor announced yesterday that his wife, real estate investor Brooke Mueller , is pregnant with the couple's first child. The new baby will join Sheen's three daughters: 23-year-old Cassandra Jade Estevez , whose mother is Sheen's former girlfriend Paula Profit , and two girls with ex-wife Denise Richards . (Sheen and Richards are still embroiled in a custody fight over 4-year-old Sam and 3-year-old Lola .)

"Brooke and I are thrilled!" Sheen said in a statement to the Associated Press. "She's the best stepmom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for. Seeing her love and affection with those three, I know she'll be an amazing mom. Unless I bat 100 percent, perhaps a boy awaits us."

Sheen, 42, and Mueller, 30, tied the knot in May.

Less Trouble for Andy Dick

Los Angeles prosecutors say they won't charge actor Andy Dick ,42, with sexual battery stemming from an arrest last month, the AP reports.

The "NewsRadio" actor, who has a reputation for crude public behavior, is still scheduled to face a judge tomorrow on misdemeanor drug possession and battery charges. But he escaped felony charges after prosecutors reviewed video of an incident in Murrieta, Calif., in July, Riverside County district attorney spokesman Ryan Hightower told the news service.

A teenage girl accused Dick of pulling down her top at a restaurant in Murrieta, a city about 80 miles east of Los Angeles. After the alleged incident, Dick was arrested by officers responding to reports of an intoxicated man.
