Landon Donovan scored a pair of goals for the Los Angeles Galaxy, but Shalrie Joseph's first goal of the season helped the New England Revolution salvage a 2-2 tie last night in an MLS match in Foxborough, Mass.

Joseph's goal in the 71st minute helped New England (11-6-5) extend the Galaxy's winless streak to 10 (0-5-5). The Revolution is unbeaten in its last nine matches (7-0-2) against Los Angeles, which brought David Beckham to New England for the first time. . . .

Guillermo Barros Schelotto had two assists, giving him a league-leading 16 on the season, to give Columbus a 2-1 win over FC Dallas and the MLS lead with 40 points.

FC Dallas (6-8-8) outshot the Crew (12-6-4) 18-8 but remained winless in its past three games. . . .
