Welcome back, Whoopi and friends. The ladies of "The View" (Channel 7 at 11 a.m.) return this morning for the Season 12 premiere of the daytime chatfest, with a performance by New Kids on the Block.

The two-hour series premiere of "90210" (Channel 50 at 8) has been kept tightly under wraps, so no one knows what to expect when the spinoff debuts tonight with a new cast of beautiful teens living it up in Beverly Hills.

"Gavin and Stacey" (BBC America, 8:40) learn phone relationships are nearly impossible, and are forced to meet up in person to sort out a problem.

Last chance to see stunts such as someone lighting 100 matches in two minutes using yo-yos; "Wanna Bet?" (Channel 7 at 9) wraps up tonight.

"Big Brother 10" (Channel 9 at 9) has only a few weeks to go, and this is the point in the game where the houseguests start to slowly melt down.

Drama plagues the group on "Making the Band" (MTV at 9) when Laurie lets Brian know, very vocally, that his dance skills leave much to be desired.

The season premiere of "Comic View: One Mic Stand" (BET at 10) showcases the best material new comics have to offer.

Vic Mackey has a lot to lose on "The Shield" (FX at 10), which kicks off its seventh and final season with a string of violent crimes.

"The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (Channel 4, 11:35) features MTV Video Music Awards host Russell Brand, actress Eva Longoria Parker and singer Ingrid Michaelson.

Actor Nicolas Cage and actress Anna Torv stop by "Late Show With David Letterman" (Channel 9, 11:35) and Terrence Howard performs.

"Jimmy Kimmel Live!" (Channel 7, 12:05) hosts actor Taye Diggs, Supernanny Jo Frost and musical guest Judas Priest.
