This morning, the alternative band Imagination Movers (Disney at 10) debuts its musical, live-action show aimed at preschoolers.

Why would a company devoted to dipping strawberries in chocolate be struggling? New business fixer-upper series "We Mean Business" (A&E at 10 a.m.) will attempt to find out.

Redskins coach Jim Zorn sits down with "Redskins Weekly" (Channel 50 at 6:30), which premieres this evening with analysis of next week's game.

"Cops" (Channel 5 at 8) kicked off in the late 1980s in Broward County, Fla., and the crew goes back down South on the season premiere for its 21st anniversary.

Another returning series with a long lifespan is "America's Most Wanted" (Channel 5 at 9), which starts its 22nd season tonight.

New tear-jerker series "The Locator" (WEtv at 9) stars Troy Dunn, a man inspired by his own search for his biological grandparents to help others find their seemingly vanished loved ones. In the first of back-to-back episodes, Troy tracks down a half brother for a pair of siblings.

Barack Obama; "The Chris Matthews Show" (Channel 4 at 10) features Time's Joe Klein, NBC's Andrea Mitchell, New York magazine's John Heilemann and NPR's Michele Norris; "Newsmakers" (C-SPAN at 10) talks to Obama economic adviser Austan Goolsbee; "Meet the Press" (Channel 4 at 10:30) has Democratic vice-presidential nominee Joseph Biden and the New York Times' Thomas Friedman.

"Face the Nation" (Channel 9 at 10:30) hosts Sen. John McCain; "Late Edition" (CNN at 11) features Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine (D), Sens. Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.), Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) and Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Tex.), Obama campaign adviser Robert Gibbs, Republican strategist Alex Castellanos and Democratic strategist James Carville.

Luciano Pavarotti is remembered tomorrow night on "Great Performances" (Channel 26 at 7, Channel 22 at 9) with concert footage and reminiscences by friends.

"The Hills" (MTV at 7:30) is lucky enough to land a pre-Video Music Awards slot, but let's hope viewers don't fall asleep during another Audrina-Lo fight.

Will Britney make a comeback? Who, exactly, is Russell Brand? Those questions and more will be answered tonight on the 2008 Video Music Awards (MTV at 9), hosted by British comedian-actor Brand.

On "9/11: The Towers and the Pentagon" (Discovery Channel at 8) and "Attack on the Pentagon" (at 9), experts analyze the different outcomes for the structures targeted in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

The series premiere of "The Life and Times of Vivienne Vyle" (Sundance at 9) features a brazenly honest daytime-talk-show host who pretends her own life is on track for the sake of her guests and viewers.

Vince Chase and the gang are back on the Season 5 premiere of "Entourage" (HBO at 10), with Vince and Turtle hiding out in Mexico after their beloved "Medellin" film is brutally panned.
