Collin Balester will start for the Nationals tomorrow. Not last night, as originally scheduled before a minor left glut strain messed with plans. Not Tuesday, as originally re-scheduled. Tomorrow. The latest rotation revision, the team said yesterday, is the final answer. "I don't know where those other rumors came from," Balester said with a smile.
