PERSONNEL DEPT.
After the season ends for the Class A Potomac Nationals (currently playing for the league championship), LHP Ross Detwiler will not join the big league club, though he remains on its 40-man roster. Detwiler, Washington's first-round draft pick in 2007, will be sent to the Arizona Fall League. . . . Former Nat Dept.: RHP Jon Rauch has lost for Arizona twice in the past three games and has an 0-5 record and a 6.41 ERA with his new team.
