"It was just a simple quiz on the Saints defense," Cooley said. "It didn't have anything to do with our offense."
Zorn said there will be no additional disciplinary action for Cooley after the issue was discussed at the team meeting. Zorn said he does not want players photographing any parts of the playbook.
Cooley also said the nudity was accidental.
"This was not a publicity stunt," he said. "It wasn't something we meant to do."
He said the blog post was taken down as soon as he learned of the nudity, and he posted an apology Monday.
Linebackers Back at Practice
Linebackers Marcus Washington (hip, hamstring) and Khary Campbell (thigh) took part in practice and hope to play Sunday.
Campbell, a key contributor on special teams, recently had blood drained from his thigh. "It feels fine now, but we've still got to test it and go from there," Campbell said. "We'll just see where it's at." . . .
Zorn met with his six team captains for a few minutes after practice, wanting to have regular lines of communication open and allowing the players to make suggestions regarding the schedule of meetings and other daily minutiae.
"I want to keep an open communication with them," Zorn said.
