FOOTBALL SKILLS COMPETITION --5 p.m. today. The Maryland-National Capital Park Police will host the NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass and Kick competition for ages 8 to 15. Winners will advance to a sectional competition Nov. 2; sectional winners will compete before the Redskins game Nov. 30.
