HOMICIDES
15TH AVE.,8100 block, 9:50 p.m. Sept. 26. Rigoberto R. Portela, 50, of an unknown address, was found inside an apartment building with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
