HOME SALES: No homes have sold in the past 12 months, according to John Purvis Sr., an agent with Re/Max Xecutex. There is one home under contract for $720,000, with no others listed for sale.
WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: Washington & Old Dominion bicycle trail, strip mall, Dunn Loring Community Park.
WITHIN 15 MINUTES BY CAR: Capital Beltway, Interstate 66, Vienna and Dunn Loring Metro stations.
