FLU VACCINATION CLINICS

Offered by the Calvert County Health Department at various times and locations this month and next. Nasal spray (FluMist) is available for children and adults ages 2-49. Injectable vaccine for ages 6 months and older. $20.

RABIES IN ST. MARY'S COUNTY

The St. Mary's County Health Department warns residents of a recent spike in rabies cases in the county and encourages pet owners to take measures to protect their animals. Check vaccination records to make sure rabies shots are up-to-date. Low-cost vaccination clinics are held on the second Monday of each month through this month, 6-8 p.m., near the 4-H building, St. Mary's County Fairgrounds, Route 5, Leonardtown. $10 per shot. 301-373-5659 or http://www.smawl.org.

FAMILY PLANNING CLINIC HOURS
