Iraqi Cabinet Backs U.S. Security Deal

BAGHDAD, Nov. 16 -- After months of tense negotiations and public protests, the Iraqi cabinet on Sunday approved a bilateral agreement allowing U.S. troops to remain in this country for three more years.
