PERSONNEL DEPT.

According to the Web site http://82games.com, which tracks NBA statistical trends, F Darius Songaila, second-year G Nick Young and rookie C JaVale McGee have been the team's most efficient players. Songaila has a plus/minus of plus-15, Young is plus-7 and McGee is plus-1. The only other player with a positive plus-minus is seldom used F Oleksiy Pecherov (plus-1).
