PERSONNEL DEPT.

Wizards: PG Antonio Daniels missed his second straight game and third of the season with a right knee injury. Daniels has not played or practiced since last Wednesday's home win over Utah, when he started but played only 13 minutes. He will also miss tonight's game at Atlanta but could possibly return Friday night when the Wizards host Houston.
