Christine Hibbard of Philadelphia, the latest winner of our funny sign contest, snapped a photo of this sign last year while buying tickets to go up the Eiffel Tower in Paris. She writes, "I was surprised to learn that dogs are not accepted as payment for entry. It made me wonder, where in Paris can you pay with a dog?"
