GETTING THERE: Delta flies nonstop from Washington Dulles, Reagan National and BWI Marshall to Salt Lake City. Southwest also flies nonstop from BWI. Sale fares from all three airports on both airlines are currently as low as $240 round trip for midweek travel through February but will probably go up after the sale ends Dec. 4; expect to pay at least $100 more for flights Friday through Sunday.
GETTING AROUND: It's best to rent a vehicle at the Salt Lake City airport. The drive to Ogden is 30 to 40 minutes. Some hotels and condo rentals in Ogden offer shuttle service to the resorts.
