Twice a year, the D.C. government grants a reprieve from the 5.75 percent sales tax on clothing, shoes and accessories that cost less than $100. December will get off to a stylish start when "Project Runway" alum Daniel Vosovic stops by the Corcoran Gallery of Art to dish about the fashion industry and sign his new book, "Fashion Inside Out: Daniel V's Guide to How Style Happens From Inspiration to Runway and Beyond."
