-- GoTV adds banners and video advertising with Thin Multimedia: Thin Multimedia said GoTV will start integrating its multimedia mobile advertising into its content offerings for select U.S. and international carriers. The ads will include both pre-roll and post-roll video advertising, which will be played without buffering before and after content segments are played. Release.
-- Pandora hits new milestone on the iPhone: Pandora announced today that it has registered 2 million users on the iPhone. -- Vlingo launches iPhone app: Voice-transcription service Vlingo has launched an iPhone app that lets users search the Web, dial contacts, and update their status on Twitter and Facebook by speaking into the phone, Cnet reports. The application seems to be a bit broader than offerings provided by Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) or Google (NSDQ: GOOG). For instance, users can pick between using Google or Yahoo's search, and it can update social network status.
-- Glu Mobile (NSDQ: GLUU) gains rights to a Warner Bros. film: Despite the news yesterday that Glu was trimming its workforce and will likely cut the CEO's pay, it said today that it will be releasing a mobile game based on the upcoming super hero film Watchman, a graphic novel. The game will launch worldwide in time for the film's U.S. premiere in March 2009.
-- Cellfire partners with U.S. Cellular: Cellfire is partnering with U.S. Cellular to provide the company's subscribers with access to money-saving mobile coupons and discounts from their cell phones. The free service will be available on operators deck as well as from its mobile browser.
