Suns Trade Bell, Diaw for Richardson

The Suns traded Raja Bell and Boris Diaw to the Bobcats yesterday as part of a deal that sent Jason Richardson to Phoenix.

Rookie PG Sean Singletary also went to Charlotte, while the Suns got SF Jared Dudley and a 2010 second-round draft pick.

· CAVALIERS: G Daniel Gibson will miss at least two weeks because of a toe injury and C Zydrunas Ilgauskas likely has a sprained left ankle, the team's first significant setbacks of the season.

Ilgauskas limped to the locker room with 9 minutes 39 seconds left in Cleveland's 101-93 win over the 76ers with an injured left ankle. He did not return.

X-rays were negative.

Gibson sprained his left big toe in the second quarter of Tuesday night's win over Toronto. He did not travel to Cleveland's game in Philadelphia, staying back to undergo an MRI exam and X-rays.

· KNICKS: G Cuttino Mobley will retire from the NBA, a person familiar with the decision told the Associated Press.

· ALL-STAR 3-D: All-Star Saturday Night is heading to the big screen.

The Feb. 14 event will be shown live in 3-D to 80 digitally equipped theaters, the NBA and Turner Sports announced. It's the first fully marketed deal to deliver an NBA event to the public in live 3-D.
