New York: 9%

Boston, including Manchester, N.H.: 20%

Philadelphia: 19%

Los Angeles: 11%

Washington, including Hagerstown: 15%

Seattle-Tacoma: 16%

San Francisco-

Oakland-San Jose: 15%

Minneapolis-St. Paul: 19%

Atlanta: 7%

Cleveland-Akron, including Canton: 16%
