Name President Obama's Recovery Program

Every humongous government economic program needs a catchy name. Teddy Roosevelt launched the Square Deal, and since then we've had the New Deal (FDR), the Fair Deal (Truman), the New Frontier (Kennedy) and the Great Society (Johnson). Even Gerald Ford got into the act with WIN: Whip Inflation Now.

So what's President Obama got? With the biggest and most far-reaching federal recovery program in history taking shape, it's time to name those massive bailout programs.
